Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) applies to any recurring order or subscription-based purchase (“Subscription”) offered by Geberich OÜ (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) via www.geberich.eu. It is supplementary to Our Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”). Where this Policy is silent or conflicts with the T&Cs, the T&Cs will prevail.

1. Subscription Overview

1.1. Nature of Products
Our Subscriptions may cover food supplements and/or cosmetics. These are non-medical products, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

1.2. Eligibility
By signing up for a Subscription, You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • The use or purchase of these Products is legal in Your country of residence;
  • You have provided accurate contact, billing, and payment details.

1.3. Contract Formation
A Subscription Contract is formed when You (i) select a subscription plan on Our Website or by phone, and (ii) We confirm Your Subscription order. This Policy, along with the T&Cs, governs each recurring purchase made under Your Subscription.


2. Billing and Payment

2.1. Recurring Charges
By enrolling in a Subscription, You authorize Us (or Our authorized payment processor) to automatically bill the payment method on file at the beginning of each subscription cycle (monthly or otherwise, as detailed on the product or checkout page).

2.2. Payment Method

  • We accept credit/debit cards or other electronic payment methods.
  • You must ensure that Your payment details are valid and up to date.
  • If We cannot process payment due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other issues, We may place Your Subscription on hold until We receive successful payment.

2.3. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify the subscription price or terms. If We do so, We will give You reasonable notice (e.g., by e-mail or Website announcement). Your continued use of the Subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new price/terms. If You disagree, You may cancel the Subscription (see Section 5).

2.4. Taxes and Fees
All listed subscription prices include VAT or similar tax where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout (or in Your subscription schedule).


3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Dispatch Cycle
We will dispatch Subscription shipments within the agreed-upon cycle (e.g., monthly), subject to stock availability. You will receive a confirmation or dispatch notice each cycle.

3.2. Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines follow Our Shipping & Returns Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a delivery fails due to inaccurate or outdated addresses, We may charge additional fees to re-ship Your items.

3.3. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to You upon delivery (i.e., when You or a representative obtains physical possession). Ownership of Products passes once payment for that cycle’s shipment has cleared.


4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Under EU consumer law, You generally have 14 days from the date of receiving the first Subscription delivery to withdraw without giving any reason.
  • For subsequent deliveries in a Subscription, the withdrawal period typically applies to each individual delivery.
  • Exception: If You unseal the Product (food supplements or cosmetics) after delivery, You lose the right of withdrawal (due to health/hygiene reasons).

4.2. Return Procedure

  • If You wish to return an unopened, sealed Product under the withdrawal right, contact Us at support@geberich.comwithin 14 days of delivery.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning Products unless otherwise agreed. Please see Our Shipping & Returns Policyfor full details.

4.3. Damaged or Defective Items
If You receive a damaged/defective Product, notify Us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or refund as outlined in the T&Cs.

4.4. Refunds
Upon receiving and verifying any valid return, We will process refunds within 14 days. Refunds apply only to the returned Product in accordance with the T&Cs and this Policy.


5. Subscription Modifications and Cancellations

5.1. Cancellation by You

  • You may cancel Your Subscription at any time, unless otherwise stated in the specific subscription terms.
  • To cancel, please follow the instructions provided in Your account settings (if available) or contact Us at support@geberich.com.
  • Cut-Off Date: If You cancel after payment has already been processed for the upcoming cycle, that shipment may still be delivered, and Your cancellation will take effect after that cycle.

5.2. Suspension or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel Your Subscription if:

  • We are unable to process payment;
  • You violate this Policy, the T&Cs, or any applicable law;
  • We decide to discontinue the Product or subscription service in Your region.
    In such cases, We will notify You via e-mail. If We discontinue the subscription service entirely, We may offer You an option to receive any outstanding shipments or a pro-rated refund for any undelivered cycle.

5.3. Changes to Subscription
You may request to change the frequency, quantity, or address for Your Subscription. We will endeavor to accommodate such changes provided We have sufficient notice (e.g., before the next billing date). Please contact support@geberich.comfor assistance.


6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Account Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including shipping address and payment details.

6.2. Storage and Use
Given that our Subscriptions may include food supplements and cosmetics, You must store and use Products according to the instructions and best-before dates. We are not liable for any damage or side effects arising from improper storage or usage.

6.3. Health and Safety
These Products are non-medicinal. Consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary or medical advice. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur and seek professional assistance.


7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, You consent to:

  • The collection and use of Your information to process payments, manage deliveries, and communicate regarding Your Subscription;
  • The disclosure of necessary data to payment providers, logistics partners, or service providers for the performance of this Subscription Contract.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of Subscription, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

8.2. Non-Medical Disclaimer
Our food supplements and cosmetics are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Results vary by individual.

8.3. Governing Law
This Policy, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by Estonian law, except to the extent any other mandatory local law applies for consumer protection.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes (e.g., by email or posting a notice on the Website). Continued use of the Subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
