1. Definitions
1.1. In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:
1.1.1. “Contract” means any contract between You and Us for the supply of Products, incorporating these Terms. Each new Order forms a new Contract once confirmed according to these Terms.

1.1.3. “Processor” means Webwork International Ltd., incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom (company number 12226309), with its registered office at Suite 5 39-41 Chase Side, Southgate, London, United Kingdom, N14 5BP. The Processor may process Your personal data on behalf of Geberich OÜ and/or contact You on Our behalf.
1.1.4. “Liability” means liability for any and all damages, claims, proceedings, actions, awards of transactions, expenses, costs, and any other losses and/or liabilities.
1.1.5. “Products” means any and all products ordered from Geberich OÜ by You. These include, but are not limited to, food supplements for various purposes and cosmetics (for external, non-medical use).
1.1.6. “Website” means www.geberich.eu (or any successor or related site operated by or for Us).
1.1.7. “You,” “Your,” “Yourself” means the individual (the buyer) who is placing an Order via the Website or by other means (telephone) and/or whose Order for Products is accepted by Geberich OÜ.
1.1.8. “Party” means either You or Geberich OÜ individually, or both together as Parties.
1.1.9. “Order” means Your request placed through the Website or by phone, after which We reserve the right to sell and deliver the Products to You or an addressee named by You, subject to Our acceptance/confirmation.
2. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms govern:
- The supply of Products to You;
- The conditions under which We process Your data (Privacy Policy).
2.2. These Terms and any documents or disclaimers referred to herein represent the entire agreement between You and Geberich OÜ in relation to the supply of any Products via the Website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection regulations or other local consumer laws in Your country of residence, these Terms and any Contract are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights You enjoy as a consumer under the laws of Your country of residence.
2.4. Time Zones
For the purpose of processing Orders and confirming details (including phone call confirmations), Eastern European Time (UTC+2, Estonian time) shall apply, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary according to local courier schedules.
2.5. Eligibility to Order
By placing an Order, You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts;
- You understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.6. Compliance with Local Laws
Please ensure that purchase and use of the Products is legal in the country where You reside and/or view this Website. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any Product where doing so would violate any import licensing, customs, or legal requirements. If an Order cannot be fulfilled for such reasons, We will notify You by e-mail/phone and refund any payment already made (see Clause 5.9. below).
2.7. Non-medical Products
Our Products are food supplements and cosmetics, not licensed medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. Consult a healthcare professional if You have specific concerns.
3. Orders and Formation of Contract
3.1. Placing Orders
You may place Orders:
- Via Our Website (www.geberich.eu);
- By phone (through Our Processor).
We will typically contact You within one (1) business day to confirm the Order if You placed it online. A Contract is not formed until We confirm Your Order.
3.2. Order Confirmation
At Our discretion, We may require phone communication with You to confirm details (e.g., pricing, shipping). If We cannot reach You or the call is not completed successfully, We may treat the Order as unconfirmed. When We accept Your Order (by phone, e-mail, or other clear confirmation), a binding Contract is formed.
3.3. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any Order for any reason (e.g., unavailable stock, unusual shipping restrictions). If We refuse an Order after payment has been made, We will refund You promptly in accordance with Clause 5.9.
3.4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to Us (including but not limited to name, address, and payment details) is accurate and up to date.
3.5. Product Availability
All Orders are subject to availability. If a Product is out of stock, We will notify You during the confirmation process and cancel (or partially cancel) Your Order. If You have already paid, We will issue a full or partial refund, as applicable.
3.6. Amazon Marketplace Link
In addition to ordering on Our Website, You may see an “Amazon link” next to certain Products. This link redirects You to Geberich OÜ’s official store on Amazon’s marketplace, allowing You to complete Your purchase there. Please note that any purchase made via Amazon is subject to Amazon’s own terms of use and policies, and any Contract for such a purchase is formed under Amazon’s conditions.
4. Products
4.1. Nature of Food Supplements
- Our food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- They should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
- Always follow the recommended dosage and store away from children.
4.2. Nature of Cosmetics
- Our cosmetics (creams, lotions, serums, etc.) are for external, non-medical use only.
- They are not intended to cure or treat medical conditions.
- Always follow usage instructions on the label.
- Perform a patch test if recommended or if You suspect potential allergies.
4.3. Sealed Products
Both food supplements and cosmetics may be sealed for hygiene and health protection reasons. Breaking the seal may affect Your statutory rights to return the goods (see Clause 5).
4.4. Use Instructions and Liability
- You must follow all usage instructions provided with the Product or displayed on Our Website.
- The effectiveness of food supplements or cosmetics may vary from person to person, and results are not guaranteed.
- We bear no responsibility for side effects, reactions, or other outcomes resulting from improper use, allergies, or failure to follow instructions.
4.5. Product Images
Any images or photographs of Products shown on Our Website or other materials are for illustration only. The actual Product packaging, design, or color may differ.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation
5.1. General Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the EU/EEA, You generally have a right to withdraw from Your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason (in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and local implementing laws), subject to the exceptions below.
5.2. Withdrawal Period
The 14-day withdrawal period runs from:
- The day You (or a third party indicated by You, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the Product(s); or
- In the case of multiple deliveries, when the last Product from the Order is delivered.
5.3. Exception: Sealed Goods
If the Products (food supplements or cosmetics) are unsealed after delivery, You lose the right of withdrawal for health protection or hygiene reasons (per Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive).
5.4. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
You must inform Us clearly (e.g., by e-mail or letter) of Your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. Please include:
- Your name and contact details;
- Order number and purchase date;
- A clear statement that You are cancelling/withdrawing.
5.5. Return of Goods
If You withdraw from a Contract:
- If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in no case later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is liable to pay for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods not necessary to verify their condition, properties and functionality.
5.6. Condition of Returned Products
- You must take reasonable care of the Products until You return them.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Product(s) are damaged, used, or opened.
5.7. Evidence of Return
When You send back Products, please obtain:
- A postal/courier waybill confirming dispatch;
- Photos showing undamaged seals (if applicable).
Any photographs or additional evidence You provide are purely auxiliary; the official proof of dispatch is the courier’s documentation.
5.8. Costs of Return
You bear the direct costs of returning the Products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.9. Reimbursement
5.9.1. Amount of Refund
Upon valid withdrawal or cancellation (including if We cancel due to unavailability), We will reimburse all payments received from You for the affected Product(s), including the standard delivery cost. If You chose a more expensive shipping option, You will only be refunded the cost of our least expensive standard delivery.
5.9.2. Timing of Refund
We will make the refund without undue delay, typically within 14 days of receiving:
- The returned Products, or
- Valid proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
5.9.3. Method of Refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method You used, unless otherwise agreed. We will not charge any fee for processing the refund.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery Times
Any indicated delivery date is an estimate. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier. You are responsible for providing an address where You or an authorized person can receive the Products.
6.2. Dispatch
We normally dispatch the Products within 1 business day after confirming Your Order (subject to stock availability).
6.3. Multiple Deliveries
Where an Order comprises multiple deliveries, each delivery is treated as a separate Contract. A delay or issue with one delivery does not entitle You to cancel remaining deliveries.
6.4. Late Delivery
If We fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, You may contact Us to set an additional reasonable period for delivery. If We fail to deliver within that extended period, You have the right to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
6.5. Order of Processing
We may not fulfill Orders in the sequence they are placed (e.g., stock or courier constraints).
6.6. Signature on Delivery
Most Products are shipped by recorded delivery requiring a signature. If no one is present at the address to sign, You may incur additional re-delivery charges or the shipment may be returned to Us.
6.7. Risk and Damage
Once the Products leave Our possession and are handed over to the courier, We are not liable for transit damage unless the damage is evidenced in the courier’s documentation upon receipt. You should inspect the parcel upon delivery and note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery slip.
6.8. Non-delivery Issues
If You do not receive the Products or experience delivery issues, notify Us promptly by e-mail or phone (see Section 15).
6.9. Checking Seals
Upon receiving the package, check the integrity of seals. If seals are broken or tampered with, note it on the delivery document. Failing such note, We will treat the Products as properly sealed upon delivery.
7. Prices
7.1. Price Setting
The price of Products is as shown on the Website (www.geberich.eu) or as communicated by phone at the time of ordering.
7.2. Delivery Charges
Prices do not include delivery charges. These depend on Your location and the size/weight of the parcel. We will notify You of applicable shipping charges during the Order confirmation.
7.3. Taxes
All prices include VAT (or equivalent sales tax) as required by law, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.4. Price Agreement
If You do not agree with the stated price or delivery charges, do not proceed with the Order.
7.5. Price Errors
If We discover a pricing error for any Product You have ordered, We will contact You as soon as possible. You may reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it. If We cannot reach You, We will treat the Order as cancelled. If We have already received payment, You will be refunded according to Clause 5.9.
8. Payments
8.1. Cash on Delivery
If offered and agreed upon, You may pay cash to the courier at the time of delivery (subject to any legal limits—e.g., EUR 10,000 maximum in certain jurisdictions). The courier will not hand over the Product until payment is received in full.
8.2. Card or Electronic Payments
You may pay by credit/debit card or electronic payment service (e.g., PayPal, online banking) when placing Your Orderon the Website. Payment is taken in full at the time of placing the Order.
8.3. Postpay/Invoice Payment
Subject to Our discretion and Your country of residence, We may offer a “postpay” method (payment within a specified number of days). Failure to pay within the stated period constitutes a breach of Contract, and We may pursue legal remedies.
8.4. Security of Payment
If paying online, a third-party payment operator authorized by Us will handle Your payment details securely. You should keep a copy of the payment transaction for future reference.
8.5. Authorization and Confirmation
We do not accept Your Order (and thus no Contract is formed) until Your payment method is authorized or until We confirm the Order if You have chosen “cash on delivery” or “postpay.”
8.6. Refunds for Cash Payments
Should You need to return the Product under these Terms, the courier cannot provide a refund on the spot. All refunds are handled separately (via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method) in accordance with Section 5.9.
9. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
9.1. Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to You when You (or a person indicated by You) take physical possessionof the Products from the courier.
9.2. Ownership
Ownership of the Products passes to You only when We receive full payment for the Products (including delivery charges).
10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
10.1. Notification of Faults
If a Product is defective or damaged upon delivery, You must contact Us (e-mail or phone) within 14 days of receipt, describing the defect or damage.
10.2. Inspection and Replacement
We may ask You to return the damaged/defective Product for inspection. If We confirm a defect or damage that was not caused by misuse or mishandling, We will:
- Replace the Product at no additional cost to You; and
- Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (up to a maximum of EUR 200).
10.3. Statutory Warranty
You have rights under EU consumer law regarding faulty goods (conformity with contract). These rights apply in addition to any other commercial warranties We provide (if any).

13.5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond Our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, internet outages, government actions). Delivery or performance timelines will be extended for the duration of the force majeure event.
14. General
14.1. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments become effective on the date specified. We will post notice on the Website at least 10 days before changes take effect. If You do not agree to the changes, You must inform Us in writing before they become effective and/or cease placing Orders.
14.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
14.3. No Waiver
No delay or omission by Us in exercising any right or remedy shall be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
14.4. Third-Party Rights
No one other than a Party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any of its provisions.

By agreeing to these Terms, You confirm You are at least 18 years old.
14.6. Online Dispute Resolution
If You are an EU consumer, You may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) to resolve disputes.
