Shipping & Returns

This policy outlines our Shipping and Returns procedures, derived from our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order on www.geberich.eu, you agree to these policies.

1. Shipping

1.1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day after confirming your order, subject to product availability.
• You will be contacted if your product is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any reason.

1.2. Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery times vary by location and depend on the courier’s schedule.
• We use tracked or recorded shipping methods; a signature may be required upon delivery.

1.3. Delivery Charges

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price.
• You will be informed of the applicable shipping fee at checkout or during order confirmation.

1.4. Risk & Damage

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered into your possession or that of a person you authorize.
• If you notice visible damage upon delivery, please note it on the courier’s slip and contact us promptly.

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

2.1. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without having to provide any reason.
  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g., by e-mail to support@geberich.com) before the 14-day period expires.

2.2. Consequences of withdrawal

• If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
• You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in no case later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is liable to pay for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods not necessary to verify their condition, properties and functionality.
  

3. Defective or Damaged Items

3.1. Notification Period

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
• Provide us with details of the damage or defect.

3.2. Inspection & Replacement

• We may ask you to return the damaged/defective product for inspection.
• If confirmed defective (not due to misuse), we will replace it at no extra cost and reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs (up to a maximum of EUR 200).
