SHIPPING AND RETURNS

This policy outlines our Shipping and Returns procedures, derived from our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order on www.geberich.eu, you agree to these policies.

1. SHIPPING

1.1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day after confirming your order, subject to product availability. You will be contacted if your product is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any reason.

1.2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and depend on the courier's schedule:

• Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 2–5 business days
• Italy, Spain, Portugal, France: 3–7 business days
• Sweden, Norway, Finland: 4–8 business days

In accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, delivery will be made no later than 30 days after the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed.

We use tracked or recorded shipping methods. A signature may be required upon delivery.

1.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. You will be informed of the applicable shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.

1.4. Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered into your possession or that of a person you authorize. If you notice visible damage upon delivery, please note it on the courier's delivery slip and contact us at sales@geberich.com within 48 hours.

1.5. Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery

If no one is present at the delivery address to sign, you may incur additional re-delivery charges, or the shipment may be returned to us. If you fail to collect the package from a pickup point within the courier's retention period, return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without having to provide any reason.

2.1. Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

2.2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. Send your withdrawal notice to:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your full name and delivery address
• A clear statement that you are cancelling / withdrawing from the contract
• Date of the withdrawal notice

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but you are not obliged to.

2.3. Model Withdrawal Form

2.4. Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods to the warehouse address we provide, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

2.5. Return Addresses (Local Warehouses)

Do not ship returns to the registered office in Estonia. Once you initiate a return via sales@geberich.com, we will provide the correct warehouse address for your country. For reference:

2.6. Condition of Returned Goods

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, food supplements with broken seals or opened packaging cannot be returned, except where the product is defective (see section 3 below).

2.7. Refund

Upon valid withdrawal:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
• If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having dispatched them, whichever is earlier.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

3. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or is incorrect, contact us at sales@geberich.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

If the defect is confirmed (not caused by misuse), we will at our discretion:

• Replace the product at no extra cost, or
• Issue a full refund, including return shipping costs (up to a reasonable maximum).

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law (conformity with contract, Directive 1999/44/EC and Directive (EU) 2019/771).
